My name is Natalie Hewitt, and I'm the owner of The Sitter Agency.

I moved to the Vail Valley in 2003 because of my love of Colorado and the mountains. I have many years of experience working with children in various settings, including working as a camp leader and teaching children to snowboard. I am also a Registered Dietitian and have worked with parents and children to improve their health.

In May 2010, I became a new mom, which has become both the greatest joy and most significant challenge of my life. Parenthood has given me a complete understanding of how important it is to find childcare you are 100% satisfied with. This is why I only recommend babysitters that I trust and would feel comfortable leaving my child with.

We provide childcare to your home or your place of lodging, anywhere within the Vail Valley, including Vail and Beaver Creek, and also throughout Summit County, including Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain.

The Sitter Agency has an outstanding team of energetic and professional babysitters who enjoy caring for children.
Qualified Caregivers
Our professional caregivers come from an interesting variety of backgrounds, including school teachers, camp counselors, children’s ski and snowboard instructors, sweet grandmas, nannies, au pairs and many of our sitters are parents themselves.
All our sitters are 21 years or older, CPR certified, highly experienced, reference checked and background checked.
The Perfect Match
Each sitter is personally interviewed by the owner of the company and one thing they all have in common is a sincere love of children.
We will do our utmost to match your needs to the perfect sitter for you. Once we have found a wonderful sitter for you, we will provide you with a booking confirmation that includes an information card with a photo and details of the allocated sitter.
Activities and Fun
Each of our sitters will show up with some fun ideas for games and activities to entertain your children. We have a no TV/screen policy unless requested specifically by you.
Our sitters like to be active and based on your comfort level, sitters can take your children to local parks, activity centers or special events. We have lots of ideas of ways that your children can have lots of fun, just ask!
